Hi, I’m Melanie — founder of Unique Boards Charcuterie in Geneva, NY.
Our Motto: Unique Boards Charcuterie, where every creation is a celebration of artistry and flavor. What began as a joyful expression at family gatherings has become a full-time passion, guided by my background in fine art and specialized training in pairings.
Each board is thoughtfully composed, balancing textures, colors, and tastes to create an experience that is as visually captivating as it is delicious. Fresh ingredients are sourced from local farms and markets, honoring our community with every handcrafted design.

PRIVATE CHARCUTERIE BOARD WORKSHOPS
Gather your crew and learn something new! Unique Boards offers private charcuterie workshops. This is the perfect idea for friends, family, birthdays, bachelorette parties- the options are endless!
This is a hands-on interactive workshop, you’ll learn about different types of cured meats, artisan cheese, and accoutrements. Let's create beautiful salami roses, cheese cutting tips, learn how to carve fancy fruit. Each workshop includes a sample complimentary cheese pairing.
Workshop is approximately 1.5 hours. Book with us and have fun!
WHAT IS THE COST?
$65 per person: Includes everything with a To go Box!
HOW MANY PEOPLE?
We require a minimum of 6 people to reserve a private workshop and can accompany a maximum of 25.
ARE DRINKS PROVIDED?
Non-alcoholic refreshments can be provided by Unique Boards, or the host can provide drink of their choice.
